Welcome to this cozy room located in Ebisu.
This fully equipped and charmingly renovated room has everything
you need for a monthly stay in Japan.
The JR Lines (Yamanote, Saikyo and Shonan-Shinjuku) take you anywhere from Ebisu Station.
It’s a perfect location for people working near major stations
such as Shibuya, Shinjuku or Shinagawa.
Just a 1 minute walk away you can also take a bus to Shibuya.

● Location
Ebisu is a really flourishing and fashionable district
and offers a lot of cool cafes and international cuisine.
But of course you can also enjoy Japanese food.

The apartment building is close to the station (8 minutes walk) but it's not noisy at all.
Right around the corner you can find convenience stores, a post office, supermarkets and everything you need.
And if you feel tired of the city life you can calm down in a big park
located between Ebisu and Meguro.

This room is newly renovated!
It's a 18.14㎡ room with natural wood flooring which feels super comfortable.
The room seems quite compact but we made sure that you have everything you need.

The contract period for usual rental apartments starts from 2 years
and you also have to pay a deposit, key exchange fee, insurance and so on ...
However, in this room, you can stay from 1 month and no additional fees are charged.
